Lavern Mason

Lavern has over 20 years' experience in consumer and business marketing and communications for leading brands such as First Group, Mecca Bingo, McAfee, Lloyds Bank/Bank of Scotland Business. Lavern is currently the Halifax Brand Communication Lead at Lloyds Banking Group with overall responsibility of creating award winning brand communication experiences across paid, owned and earned. As well as her day job, Lavern also leads several D&I initiatives in the Group with the aim of getting more diversity into Marketing. Lavern recently launched a marketing trainee programme for individuals wanting to pursue a career in marketing who may not have a degree qualification or paid experience.
