Gail leads the marketing team at Boots Opticians, responsible for how the brand shows up externally - everything from brand, advertising, and partnerships, to social media, performance channels and Boots Opticians' digital proposition. Over the last 15 years, Gail has spent her career gaining experience across a wide spectrum of marketing at American Express, Coventry Building Society & now Boots. She's even had a dabble in running her own online Jewellery business. Gail is extremely passionate about the brands she works for, balancing both customer & commercial needs, and an avid follower of what other brands are doing to grow & stand out.
